As many of you know already Nick's (WONDERFUL) old '89 Honda prelude is a goner. Sadly, the timing belt went out and its going to cost more to repair than it is worth.
In our search for a new car we have run across a possible deal. A 1972 truck that has been completely redone, and restored by our mechanic (family friend). He has put more than $20,000 into restoring this truck and has been the one doing the work on it. He got it as a fun project and now that he is done he said he would sell it to us for a pretty good deal! Its pretty much a brand new truck in a '70s body. He got it custom painted but wanted to keep the 70s look to it still, so he has kept the original color, body structure etc.

I am pretty sure we would have to name Chuck the truck or something. But we are seeing serious potential in this fun '70s truck! What do you think?

wow. I would have LOVED a truck like that in HS or college. But I have to say, I'm too much of a mom now. I simply think "where would I put the car seat?" haha. But seeing as how you don't have that concern as of yet, seems like a fun ride!
Buy it!
