Doctors...GAH!

Pretty much the point of this post is that I think its funny (to a point) how many things can go wrong with medical procedures and also...laughing at chance of the draw. "Why me?! Why now?! Why there?!" :D

Since I have been married I think I have had more medical problems, been sick more times, had more accidents etc..then EVER before in my life...why?! I will never know :D

There are 2 experiences I want to remember for always :D sooo..what better place then to put them than my blog?! :D

First, a few months ago, I fractured my knuckle...so big deal I broke a finger...that happens to A LOT of people in the world.. right? The funny part of all this is, out of all the 10 fingers that I have on my hands to slam in the closet door...the one I HAD to break was my left ring finger...thats right...the finger that my wedding ring was on...6 months and I already am not wearing my ring. ( haha that cant be a good sign under any other circumstance!) I am lucky the doctors were able to get my ring off by pulling it over my broken knuckle. Sadly....my finger is still too swollen to get my ring back on :) Maybe one day.

The second crazy situation actually started about 3 weeks ago and I was just at the doctor today for it. 2 weeks ago I got sick. I went in to get checked out by my Doctor and he decided that it might be best to do a few blood tests. They drew my blood and told me to call back in a few days for the results. I waited a few days and they called me, they said they couldn't use the blood for the test they were wanting to run because I had infection in my body somewhere. So, I went in for a check up and found out that I had a sinus infection and an upper respiratory infection. I can handle that. :)
I went back and they did another blood test after I felt a little better. They drew the blood and told me to call back in a few days for the results. A few days later I called them for the results. My blood was nowhere to be found! (Where do 3 test tubes of blood run off to?!) Even crazier.. not only was all my blood missing but they had no record of me coming in that day! Maybe I dreamed it up ;) haha I went in again today to let them take more blood :) they ended up having to go through my hand to get the blood because after trying in both arms they were unsuccessful, they sent me home and again... told me to call back in a few days for the results :) well...I guess we will just have to wait to see what happens this time...haha!

You would think that things like this never happen..but they do! Its crazy..but I guess there is nothing we can do about it...even though its frustrating.. so, "When all else fails, chuckle and roll!" :D
