The 4th of July was a blast, as always. We woke up early and hit the annual 4th of July parade! Kinley is now old enough to really appreciate it, and enjoy everything that is going on around her!
Those eyes, my heart!
Mila flashing me a darling smile from up front and center! She loved watching everything so close up!
The 4th of July Parade is Grandmas FAVORITE part of the day! Papa tags along and tries to pretend he doesn't like it but we all know he does! Especially with his new Zero Gravity chair this year!
That smile, my heart. again.
More parade fans!
Kinley
Jason
Tanner
Kendra and Matthew
Kynsie
AND, yours truly... me and the boy
The Provo Mission Missionaries! Always a favorite! Nick expressed slight jealously that they didn't have a parade for him in Russia that everyone gave him high fives at but I think he is over it now. ;)
Oh how they love Jason, and I am pretty sure he is a fan of them too!
They always manage to get smiles out of each other!
Shooting off parachutes at Grandview park is the new favorite thing to do in our family! For the last 2 years that we have been able to do it (since they are legal now) Nick and I have been able to stop and get a bunch of them for cheep in Wyoming! Its made for a lot of fun! We probably wont be out that way again before next year so bought extra this year so we have some for next year! Even the adults join us over at the park to watch everyone run around!
...umm yeah..... so......
....we probably wont try that again!
Kindred Spirits playing soccer - Matthew and Mila share a birthday and a love of playing with each other.
Something tells me Mila probably enjoys it a bit more! However, we gotta keep Matthew in good shape! :)
Homemade lemon raspberry ice cream while we watch the stadium fireworks!
Dad even cranked it with the OLD hand crank ice cream machine this year! It was DELICIOUS as always!
AND, the fourth wouldnt be complete without some sparklers before bed!
Happy 4th of July!
