Nick has been wanting to get a big screen TV for a while now and he finally got it. :) On Monday Nick and I went to the store and picked up the new addition to the living room. (Nick thinks it was a new addition to the family though. ) :) haha! After doing a lot of research the last year of dreaming, Nick decided he wanted to get the 42" LCD Vizio branded TV. Nick is thrilled, and I'm not going to lie....I like it too. :) In all it ended up costing about $850.....and here is the BEST part.....Nick and I had decided that the only way we would get it was with gift cards! So, after 1 year & 3 months of saving up gift cards we got it! :)
The proud new owner! He is so cute! He was SO excited! :)
You think your car is big until....well you try to put a big screen TV in the trunk...then reality hits...what will our next purchase be?? A truck maybe? :) haha!
Once we got home, he couldn't wait to get it out of the box. :)
(Nick holding the empty gift cards before we threw them away after getting the TV. MAN, his wallet is going to get a lot smaller!)
The finished product! :) Nick had TiVoed Harry potter on Disney HD so that was the first thing we watched. It looked great!
